Bio

Born in 1979, Shelly “Shelito’s Way" Vincent , grew up in New London, CT. She trains out of Manfredos Boxing in RI and will be fighting 126 lbs in TCL. As of 2024, she's 27-2 and she's fought on HBO and PBC. Shelly is a retired former multi-World Champion and is one of the first women to fight televised in this era on a national level. Shelly is a 2023 CT Boxing Hall of Fame inductee and 2025 Women’s International Boxing Hall of Fame Inductee. She's also 2011 Bantamweight National GG Champion.

Shelly says, "I got into boxing after a life of extreme trauma including sexual abuse and physical abuse. I lost my mother when she was 37 and she made me promise never to give up on boxing on her deathbed 'cause that was what was going to save me and pull me out of depression, suicide, and such." Her greatest motivations are her mother and kids. Shelly's future plans are running Shelito’s Way Boxing and training kids and fighters along with running women’s self-defense classes to help kids and women with a similar past to her.
