Ryan Pino's mother was a professional fighter and his father was a wrestler and boxing trainer. So, Pino was born into the sport. He has competed in over 200 amateur fights, mostly in Puerto Rico. He made his pro debut at 18 and has been national champion in Puerto Rico 7 times.
