Keithland King was born in St. Vincent but has lived in Barbados for most of his life. At the age of 11, he started boxing and he has represented Barbados and St. Vincent in tournaments like the Caribbean Championship, the Central American Games, the World Games, and the international Olympic trials. King fought in the 2008, 2012, and 2016 international Olympic trials. He won bronze at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics in Puerto Rico and was 3-time Caribbean champion, 3-time OECS champion, and 3-time Creole champion. King is now a professional fighter with 3-1-3 KOs and represents the DC Destroyers with Team Combat League. His most notable fights are against John Jackson back in 2008 and Brian Castano in the 2016 Olympic trials.
