David DayDay Grayton is born and raised in Washington DC. He was always an athlete, playing football and basketball in high school. Grayton started boxing at 19 years old and stayed with it. He's been pro since 2012. Grayton had some time off for a few years to get his life in order and is now returning with new enthusiasm for boxing. Grayton was Golden Gloves national champion in 2010 and Golden Gloves National Runner-up in 2012. He is particularly proud of beating Errol Speace Jr at the National Golden Gloves Championship in 2010.
