According to Coach Roman, acquiring these skills not only instills self-motivation and confidence but also contributes to overall fitness. Melissa St-Vil and Trudy Li, two Brooklyn-based professional fighters, joined Coach Roman in demonstrating rapid self-defense tactics crucial in critical moments.

St-Vil stressed the importance of swift self-defense, highlighting the significance of every fleeting second. Additionally, Li emphasized that beyond fighting skills, women can develop invaluable traits like confidence and strength through these sessions.
